web for game is an independent index of games you can play in a modern browser. We help you find a game and take you straight to its home. Every game has its own page, a real preview, and a traceable discovery source.

Our first collection explores Simon Tatham's open-source puzzles. Each published game has been opened in a real browser, checked for an active game and an interactive response, and reviewed before publication. More genres and creators will follow as we verify their games and image permissions.

Sources and image credits

A Source badge shows where a game was discovered, which can differ from the site where it runs. Multiple discovery sources are kept together. Previews are existing official images loaded directly from the developer website. We do not store, proxy, or generate game images. Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection is distributed under the MIT license.

This site has no registration, advertising trackers, or analytics. Search runs in your browser. Our static hosting provider may process ordinary request logs. Opening an external game takes you to that site's services.
